FixRight provides handyman services, including but not limited to: Windows Repair & Installation, Garage Door Services, Door Repair & Installation, Locksmith Services, General Handyman Services, and Paint & Drywall Repair.

Service availability depends on scheduling, technician capacity, and location.

Quotes and estimates are subject to change after on-site assessment.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, services are provided “as-is” and results may vary.
3. Payments

Payments may be made by e-transfer or through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Receipts will be issued electronically.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Refunds, if applicable, are at our discretion and in accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixRight is not responsible for:

Reliance on Site content.

Service delays, interruptions, or unavailability.

Third-party tools, links, or platforms connected to this Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
6. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to FixRight unless otherwise noted.

Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Ontario before proceeding to court.

FixRight shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, or power outages.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
